We specialize in 300 series stainless components. We work with bar stock, castings, forgings, and molded parts as well as modifications to your existing parts.
CNC turning
- 1/8″ to 10″ diameter capacity standard. Up to 15″ diameters with restrictions.
- Part lengths to 50″ with restrictions on diameter.
- Tolerances to .0002″
- Facing, turning, drilling, tapping, ID and OD threading, ID and OD grooving, boring and knurling
Vertical CNC milling
- 3, 4 and 5 axis milling
- 40″x 20″ capacity standard.
- 60″ x 30″ available depending on scope of the job.
- Bore tolerance .0005 / mill tolerance +/- .001
